The Role:

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a/an Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean) Perform required data entry and record keeping. Perform required quality testing and inspections. Maintain safe and clean working environment. Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc. Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities. Comply with plant safety initiatives. Perform miscellaneous productionrelated tasks (for example, cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory)What We Seek:Technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment

Education HS Diploma/GED Required
Experience One to three years of production experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrates leadership ability and team building skills.
Physical Requires manual lifting of up to 40 lbs. when needed, regularly required to stand, kneel, or crouch, sit, walk and on occasion climb or balance, ability to wear respirator intermittently, as needed. Manufacturing experience Relative industry Attention to detail Ability to multitask Opening for 2nd Shift:

Monday
Friday 2pm
10pm (overtime may be required, as per business needs)

Weekend shifts will vary when needed. We care about cleanliness, and the use of PPE. PPE includes steel toe shoes (provided by us), safety glasses.
