    Description
    Redaptive is searching for a driven, results-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team.

    The key focus of this role is to partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and business development reps in driving the run the business cadence as it relates to lead gen, pipeline and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis.

    This self-starter will have a demonstrated track record of supporting teams toward ambitious revenue and product adoption targets, excellent communication skills, exemplary organization, and project management skills, and a strategic mindset to prioritize success.

    This role will report to the VP of Sales & Revenue Operations.

    For more information, visit and DutiesOversee sales tooling & troubleshooting efforts for Sales Executives and BDRs (SFDC, Clari, HubSpot)Responsible for sales territory design and implementation Support sales origination and pipeline development data requests Focus on continuous improvement through data analysis, pipeline and lead management, deal optimization, communication, and reporting.

    Partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and business development reps to drive the run-the-business cadence as it relates to lead gen, pipeline and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis.

    Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning.

    Listening, presenting, training, and documenting Process improvement mindset Analytical, critical thinker, able to ask the right questions and frame a problem Superb understanding of sales team motivations and enterprise sales organizations Creative problem solver Ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent PowerPoint formatting skillsOutstanding relationship and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Reliable, responsive, driven Education and Experience3+ years in a Sales Operations role (or business analytics), leveraging process data and customer and team feedback.

    Bachelor's degree in business, math, finance, economics, statistics, or related field preferred or relevant experience.

    Experience with CRM and business management tools (ex:
