    Job Title:

    Business Development ManagerOverview:We are a national and reputable business in the temporary site services industry, providing a wide range of equipment and services to construction sites, organized events, and even the every-day homeowner or business.

    We're seeking an Account Manager here in Denver to specifically grow and manage our footprint within the special events industry.

    Denver's lively culture demands out services at concerts, sporting events, festivals, theme parks, competitions, and any other event where a large amount of attendees are expected.

    Expect a combination of new business development, account maintenance, and stellar project management. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and have experience supporting Denver's thriving events community.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Plan and execute a strategic business plan which consistently delivers quarterly and annual sales goalsIdentify, hunt and close net new business opportunities and high-profile regional opportunitiesKeep up with competitor trends and develop/implement plans to stay in frontResponsible for complete sales cycle; qualifying an opportunity, negotiation of the contract, signing the dealPrepare and present business plan to potential customersLead the management of the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping it up to date and maximizing its usage and valueCollaborate with internal sales partners to transition expand Corporate and Key account accessIdentify trends and customer needs, build a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term targetsCollaborate and coordinate with internal partners to successfully transition new business to account management teamsDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integrationManage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements and content creationSupport deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for bids and proposalsMaintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, and eventsPerform all duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a related industry.

    Clean driving record and criminal backgroundBachelor's degree preferred but not required.


    Compensation and Benefits:

    Base salary range:
    $70k - 75k SalaryOn-target earnings (OTE): $120,000, with high performers earning $150,000 +Benefits package including vehicle reimbursement, mileage, and other perks.
