- Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital.
- Formulate a business development plan to achieve quarterly and annual customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Present TPT Digital solutions via one-on-one, group, online and in-person meetings
- Negotiate budgets, success criteria, and deadlines with clients
- Partner with TransPerfect senior business development executives looking to introduce their clients to TPT Digital capabilities and expertise
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a client facing role or business development position with at least one year of experience in digital marketing
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter comfortable with a high degree of accountability
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
