- Provide comprehensive support to the Controller, overseeing all facets of the financial operations.
- Collaborate in generating precise and timely month-end close; GAAP and IFRS financial statements and reports for multiple entities.
- Perform financial analysis to uncover trends, discrepancies, and avenues for enhancement.
- Work harmoniously with various departments on proper financial procedures, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and efficiencies.
- Efficiently manage cash management, capital contributions, AP/AR, invoicing, and cost allocations.
- Provide annual audit and tax support as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred - CPA or MBA
- A minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate accounting
- Experience in private equity, investment management, or commercial real estate is a plus.
- Spanish proficiency a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MRI accounting software ideal
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
