    WuXi TIDES offers our worldwide partners efficient, flexible, and high-quality solutions for the drug development of oligonucleotides, peptides and related synthetic conjugates ("TIDES" drugs).

    We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications who'll lead WuXi STA (including WuXi TIDES) global marketing and communication activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

    The Head of Marketing and Communications responsibilities include developing plans to help increase our brand value, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

    Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
    Responsible for marketing strategies, positioning and execution
    Develop and provide oversight on marketing tactics to execute the strategy
    Responsible for developing branding, image and positioning for WuXi STA and WuXi TIDES to align with the company's strategic plan
    Active participation in strategic teams to ensure we are targeting the right customers, and creating appropriate competitive market messaging
    Work closely with senior management, technical groups and operations to assure objectives and goals are achieved
    Set, monitor and report on marketing team goals. Provides leadership development and management of staff
    Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of company goals
    Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
    Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
    Design sales collateral and training material for global BD team. Coordinate BD and marketing efforts.

    15 + years of experience at a pharmaceutical company orContract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) or equivalent with established track record in leading a team.

    Strong scientific expertise and new drug development insight
    A professional degree in science or pharmaceuticals - BA/BS required, M.Certain professional training/experience in business such as M.Need to be able to read, write and understand English
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Travel is required 10%-30%, Domestic/International
    Must be able to work in an indoor office setting
