What is this role?


As
Growth Marketing Manager for Cirkul, you will be responsible for Cirkul's new customer acquisition program through digital channels primarily.

Owning the full funnel of advertising to drive DTC customer growth and revenue will be your primary focus, through performance marketing tactics and strategies.


What does an average day look like?

Driving Results:


  • Work closely with Director of Growth to develop, execute, analyze, and optimize Cirkul's performance marketing channels
  • Work with Growth Marketing Specialist to ensure flawless campaign execution and establish rubric for making intrachannel optimizations

Taking Ownership:


  • Own and manage digital performance marketing channels (Including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snap, Affiliate)

Making Decisions:


  • Lead channel strategy for account structure, audiences, creative, and ad formats in order to drive effective acquisition campaigns

Cultivating Relationships:


  • Continue to grow relationships with advertising partners to gain early alpha and beta opportunities and ensure that Cirkul is using the latest technologies and strategies for efficient acquisition

Instilling Trust:


  • Maintain the Cirkul brand message across channels in a way that drives DTC revenue and new customer acquisition
  • Stay apprised to the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, and lead efforts to integrate innovation solutions to enhance our marketing efforts.

Customer Focus:


  • Think customerfirst in advertising strategies to ensure a seamless experience from first purchase and beyond. Work closely with Customer Service to monitor customer feedback and adjust messaging accordingly.

What background should you have?

  • 45 years of performance marketing background with a deep understanding of and direct response tactics and strategies for DTC brands
  • Handson experience in ads platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
  • Ability to pull and analyze complex data using Excel and other analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and media mix optimization
  • Experience with brands that have an online DTC presence _and_ a retail presence is a plus
  • History of success with creative problem solving and staying nimble in everchanging environments
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices for advertising
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutionoriented mindset
