  • Define and promote the adoption of tested and effective common methods and processes for lead
qualification.

Embodies and trains to the Renewal by Andersen Methodology in all

l lead generation teams within their location.

  • Ensure that Renewal by Andersen employees and outsourced personnel are effectively trained in event, home show, RSVP, proximity, and
showroom/retai

l marketing.

  • Assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, identify, and provide coaching and feedback on proven best practices to local CORO marketing leadership for assigned location(s)
  • Analyze trends and results of lead generation by assigned location(s); recommend overall corrective actions and opportunities to maximize assigned location(s) sales.
  • Manage, develop, coach and provide feedback to the position's direct reporting staff
  • Identify and resolve directional conflict between Renewal by Andersen corporate departments and the field location(s)
  • Become embedded in all other aspects of the companyowned retail operation (including inhome selling, installation, operations, and customer service) to fully understand their impact on the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of sales and marketing experience, including a minimum of three years' experience in an organization with
direct-to-home

owner sales.

  • Demonstrated understanding of event or door to door marketing, presentation, and promotion as primary tools for lead generation and
qualification.

  • Demonstrated ability to work
semi-autonomou

sly and to influence marketing tactics of company-owned locations and independently owned affiliates.

  • Availability to travel 10%30% to RbA locations nationwide.
  • Ability to develop, coach and lead others.
  • Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
  • Excellent analytical and
problem-solvin

g skills.

  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.

Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
