    Duties include but are not limited to:
    Work closely with Sales Manager and Marketing in identifying, managing, building and retaining client relationships. Provide quality products and services to TG customers
    Visit clients on a daily and/or regular basis in order to maintain contact and provide regular servicing for assigned sales territory
    Conduct cold calls to targeted sources of new business
    Generate new business opportunities for our escrow teams
    Develop and Execute Quarterly Prospecting Plan, including sales tools, special events, and educational classes for clients.
    Sales, marketing and operations oriented
    Manage client database – Customer Relationship Management program


    Requirements:
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales required
    Must be driven, self-motivated and proactive
    Real Estate sales background is helpful
    Degree or college courses in Marketing, Business or Communications a plus
    Must be willing to work in the Maui territory, supporting several regions


    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $60k plus bonus incentives
