Job Duties:

Ensure that the company is productive by managing its procedures and coaching employees.
Build a results-oriented culture based on collaboration, value creation, and precision.
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Assist in preparing RFPs by developing work-up bids and analysis and participate in the RFP process; ensure that written agreements are drafted in a fashion which mitigate risk posed to the Company.
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Refresh and communicate the mission, vision, and core values to all team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
At least 5 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a cross-functional leadership role (Operations leadership experience preferred).
Experience in Transportation or Logistics industry preferred.
Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
Evidence of building a high-performance leadership team

Additional Info:

Pay range: $80k-$100k
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: In Office - Fridley area
