Responsibilities

  • Liaison between key business areas and the Law Department ensuring document quality and accuracy
  • RelativityOne Administration
  • Oversees and collaborates responsibility for quality control within document repository (RelativityOne) Master Libraries ensuring consistency in collection approaches
  • Performs rotational duties to monitor, support, and manage discovery collection documents/information
  • Leads Legal Operations Technician training for attorneys, paralegals, and legal technicians
  • Converts electronic data to varying formats
  • Assists attorneys and paralegals with various data management needs
  • Creates, implements, and maintains operational processes related to Legal Operations data management
  • Collaborates closely with Legal Operation teams and across the Law Department to create, implement and improve processes to help the Department meets its strategic goals and objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication, bridge gaps between legal and nonlegal teams on data collection and preservation issues across the organization

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Excel
  • Legal knowledge/terminology is a plus, but not required
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce high quality work product
  • Have a process improvement mindset, thinking beyond traditional ways of doing things
