    Description
    We are looking for someone who is an expert in Technical Account and Digital Marketing Management and

    engages with our existing customers and new leads to build relationships and keep our customers happy.

    This person will be managing the accounts of companies on and supporting the use of the Pingtree Platform.


    You will build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and decision makers within Pingtree and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Pingtree investments.

    Skills

    Required
    Bachelor's Degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields – (Required)
    ·

    3+ years of digital marketing experience – (Required)
    ·

    3+ years of account executive experience (Required)
    ·


    Experience in developing marketing strategy and executing campaigns across a wide array of channels (web, social, paid, email, SEO, etc.), driving engagement, conversion and retention while developing analytical insights to inform optimization.

    ·

    Experience in management of tracking and performance marketing platforms
    ·

    Understanding of link tracking, pixels and ad analytic reporting

    Preferred
    ·

    Lead generation from advertisement to monetization strategy
    ·

    Landing page conversion rate optimization
    ·

    Experience planning and executing Facebook paid media campaigns and executing paid search campaigns using Google Ads (keyword enhancements, keyword bidding, bid strategy experimentation, ad-testing, audience targeting, etc.) – (A Plus)
    ·

    Knowledge of website analytics tools including Google Analytics

    Other Skills
    ·

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including in email, slack, skype and other chat mechanisms
    ·

    Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor when communicating with internal or external clients and management.
    ·


    Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset and the ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, and application of findings.

    ·

    Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    ·

    Ability to analyze information, problems, issues and situations and report to manager.
    ·

    Strong problem-solving skills
    ·

    In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
    ·

    Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
    ·

    A good understanding of current marketing trends
