Overview:


As an Assistant Account Manager, you will assist the customer service team in the day to day management of existing Commercial Lines accounts.

This is an incredible opportunity to grow your insurance knowledge as you make a direct impact on our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Depending on licensing, experience and location, we are flexible on hybrid/remote and flexible scheduling


Salary Range:
$45,000 to $65,000

What You'll Do:

  • Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications, as well as provide administrative support when needed.
  • Help to manage accounts by entering client information into agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
  • Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out selfdirected learning to increase insurance knowledge.
  • Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
  • Insurance License Preferred (220, 440)
  • Preference to those with AMS360 experience.
