    Account Manager Responsibilities:

    • Handle physician and facility inquiries regarding placement opportunities.
    • Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and assignment of physicians to clients.
    • Match physician skills, licenses, preferences, and certifications with client requirements.
    • Coordinate interviews between physicians and clients, negotiate contract terms, and maintain candidate status in the database.
    • Ensure completeness of assignment-related tasks and foster long-term relationships with providers and clients.

    Requirements for Success:

    • Minimum one year experience as an Account Manager in the physician staffing industry.
    • Effective negotiation skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
    • Strong customer service and sales background with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in understanding physician credentials and client needs.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and database management.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in healthcare service sales or Account Manager role is a plus.
    • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated judgment in physician recruitment and client interactions.
