    A leading property management firm located in Oakbrook, IL is seeking a sharp and meticulous Administrative Assistant to join their team The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for front desk management, invoicing maintenance, and contract management. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and highly organized individual with potential for growth. The compensation for this role is $50k/yr. Mack & Associates provides benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and a 401(k).

    Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

    • Handle, code, and record all invoices including both accounts payable and receivable
    • Track insurance certificates and update on a regular basis in company system
    • File and maintain organized system for documents and paperwork
    • Oversee maintenance of properties including tracking work orders and following up with tenants and workers
    • Ensure compliance level of audits and record in annual logs
    • Additional tasks and projects as needed

    Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment
    • Interest in commercial real estate is highly preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
