Position: Data Entry Clerk (Online)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

Industry: Admin Support / Data Management / Virtual Assistance
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. You will handle confidential information, complete assignments on time, and ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or proprietary software
Maintain accuracy and integrity of information
Verify and correct data where necessary
Organize files and prepare source documents
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Communicate with team members or supervisors via email or messaging tools
Adhere to deadlines and handle multiple data entry tasks efficiently
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficiency in typing and data entry tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic knowledge of computer systems and cloud-based software
