    Job Title: Product Designer (TikTok UED Monetization Product Team)


    Responsibilities:

    • Own every aspect of a product's design, ensuring a seamless user experience
    • Understand core problems and user goals extensively before starting the design process
      • Create and test prototypes to validate solutions early on
    • Design UI/UX specs for clear communication with engineering teams
    • Contribute to high-level strategic decision-making
    • Share design thinking skills across various platform areas
    • Mentor junior or mid-level designers with your expertise

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in designing and launching complex end-to-end products
    • Background in ad or monetization applications
    • 5+ years of product design experience for web and mobile applications
    • Ability to empathize with users and provide rational design choices
    • Strong visual UI details and strategic product vision
    • Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
    • Collaborative mindset and interest in design systems
    • Passionate about discussing design and participating in critiques
    • Interest in data visualization
