    Job Title: Kerr Account Manager

    JOB SUMMARY: The Kerr Account Manager plays a vital role in exceeding sales targets within their designated territory by collaborating with dealers on Kerr product lines such as Kerr Restoratives and Kerr Total Care.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet or surpass sales objectives.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with dealer partners to drive customer growth.
    • Establish and maintain trusted customer relationships within the territory.
    • Effectively utilize CRM to manage sales opportunities.
    • Stay updated on product developments and market trends to support sales efforts.
    • Manage assigned territory within budget constraints.
    • Participate in local events and company gatherings as required.

    Job Requirements:

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; company provides car/gas card.
    • Must reside within the territory of San Jose or surrounding areas.

    TRAVEL/LOCATION:

    • Geographic coverage includes San Jose/Fresno and nearby regions.
    • Key Cities: San Jose, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, Fremont, and Fresno/surrounding areas.
    • Candidate base ideally in San Jose or neighboring areas.
    • Approximately 30% overnight travel required.

    • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in high-level sales.
    • Technical Aptitude: Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical information.
    • Organizational Skills: Effective planning and prioritization abilities.
    • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work with Kerr team members.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strategic: Capable of making decisions considering business impact.
