Job Responsibilities Has direct client contactReview mail, email, and other communications daily for actionable items, such as checks, invoices, notices, etc.
and communicate timely to team leadResponsible for cash management, including cash transfers and managing cash balancesEnter/Review client's invoices into accounting software and pay bills timely on an ongoing basisPrepare wire transfers accurately and timelyProcess, record, and review bank deposits into correct entities/accountsRun payrollReview and reconcile intercompany activity between multiple entitiesReview monthly bank reconciliations timely and accurately prepared by assistant bookkeeperPrepare/Review cash receipt and disbursement report and send to client timelyReviews AR Aging Report and follows up as necessaryAssist with preparation for financial statementsAssist with clients' medical insurance reimbursements, as neededPrepare/Assist with team lead of annual 1099 filingsCoordinate with third party payroll company to report periodic payroll runs, as neededReview payroll tax returns prepared by payroll company to the general ledger, as neededAssist and prepare Tax & License forms such as City Business License Returns, Secretary of State Statements of Information and Business Personal Property, as neededCollaborate with team lead to prepare credit applications (mortgages, autos, etc.), as neededCollaborate with team lead in communications with property & casualty insurance brokers, as neededCommunicate with clients' vendors to resolve billing inquiries (telephone company, cable, etc), as neededConsistently attend team meetings to be informed of client needsPerforms other related duties as assigned.
Requirements High School Diploma is required.Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Business Management within the entertainment industry.
Proven experience with AgilLink software is required.
Strong foundation and demonstrated ability in bookkeeping principles and practices.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and communicate effectively via email.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field is a plus.

Compensation Range for this position:
$60,000.00 to $80, Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
