Responsibilities:

Business Development:


  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Implement and execute strategic development plans to achieve qualified leads targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and potential areas for expansion.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pipeline of prospective/existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in nurturing phase.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Partnership Development:


  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Collaborate with other businesses to create mutually beneficial alliances and joint ventures.
  • Leverage existing networks to open doors for potential partnerships.

Sales and Negotiation:


  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
  • With the help of the media specialist team develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of new accounts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field preferable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
