Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service efficiently to residents and their families.

  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Handle budgeting and financial tasks, including monthly statements
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Manage schedules and deadlines through calendar management
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure protection of confidential company information
  • Uphold a professional office environment by implementing and enforcing office policies

Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree from a college or university; or 12 years of proven related experience in business office management or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of Assisted Living Waiver Program is preferred.

Pay:
From $35.75 per hour


Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Los Angeles, CA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90029: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
