The Role
As the Senior Manager, Product & Platform Solutions you will be instrumental in ensuring that the CRG Group has the product and technology understanding to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Your primary focus will be to partner with the Product & Practice Consulting, Product Management team, and Technology and Platform consulting teams to build training curriculums for our CRG associates. Your ability to be proactive and anticipate business needs, successfully build productive relationships, communicate effectively, project management skills and execution are all critical elements to be successful in the role.
We seek someone who has passion and thrives in developing and delivering impactful and innovative learning solutions that will drive sales and increase associate skill sets. This individual will be a strong, self-directed leader who can support comprehensive projects that impact the CRG organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reinforcement training of existing knowledge and skills. Alignment with business unit goals, an eye towards building scalable solutions, and a laser focus on measurement are all critical components for this role.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
