What can you expect?

  • You will lead a team of process engineers (m/f/d)
  • You will work closely with production, research and development, operations, quality assurance, and quality management within the company group
  • You will optimize production facilities at the site and at customer locations
  • You will control the process and equipment design and develop new plants
  • You will evaluate technically and commercially alternative process routes
  • You will monitor the process planning and commissioning of investment projects
  • You will take on commercial tasks from creating offers to contract negotiations and contract closures

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or chemical plant construction
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position in the medium-sized industry
  • You have experience in leading employees of different ages and qualifications
  • You work independently and solution-oriented and have organizational skills
  • You have excellent communication skills, a confident appearance, and negotiation skills
  • You are resilient, flexible, and have a high level of social competence
  • You are willing to travel worldwide and have very good German and English skills (fluent in spoken and written)
