Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the designated region
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to maximize their potential
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for product enhancements and promotional strategies
- Work with various departments to support business strategies and initiatives
- Analyze sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate customer agreements and manage contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in paperboard and/or folding carton converter industry
- 5-10 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Strong sales techniques and strategies knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
