- Generate new sales opportunities and secure business in the designated territory by swiftly identifying customer challenges and proposing solutions
- Consistently close deals with Fortune 1000 companies by fostering relationships with key stakeholders to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with leanIX's global Marketing and Technology teams to enhance the sales strategy and highlight product updates
- Maintain optimal sales activity levels to drive customer success and expand the customer base
- Develop and execute a territory plan to meet sales quotas and expand market presence
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise sales
- Proficiency with DevOps methodologies
- Passion for working in a dynamic and collaborative environment and achieving success
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- MS Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), MEDDIC
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- Establishes trust and fosters transparent communication
