An HSE Manager with diverse, and comprehensive experience in designing programs, leading inspections and audits, executing detailed training sessions, and ensuring full regulatory compliance to support safety and environmental initiatives. With more than 10 years-experience in implementing effective safety and environmental management systems, interdependence system (DuPont) I excel at performing hazard evaluations, building response plans.  Adept Reporting on environmental aspects, impacts while working with lessons learned approach with the tradesman and women; leading a high hazard challenging workforce, rating safety cultures, documenting training programs, developing cross functional meetings to collaborate for effective  communication with owners, General contractors, subcontractors, etc., to ensure successful implementation, and enforcement resulting in safe work practices; Effective as Team builder, collaborative approach working with Asset Management, Stakeholders, Board Members and Land owners, and along side the  men and women who build these project, their boots on the ground.
