    Sales Associate Position at Bay Ridge Honda

    Bay Ridge Honda is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team. As one of the top Honda stores in the nation, we are expanding our sales department and offering exciting opportunities for individuals with a passion for automotive sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build lasting relationships with clients
    • Use consultative sales techniques to assist customers in vehicle selection
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
    • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicles
    • Follow up with customers for referrals
    • Handle sales objections effectively
    • Regular reporting to Sales Manager
    • Maintain a positive attitude and performance

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in auto sales
    • Flexible availability including weekends
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Clean driving record and valid license
