    What You Will DoPanduit is seeking a Vice President of North America Sales to continue its growth and implement changes needed to keep it at the forefront of the industry.

    If you have successfully led a large sales team in a customer-centric, global, matrixed organization while accelerating revenue growth, this exciting role may be your perfect next step.

    The Sales Organization and executive team are determined to build upon past success while driving Panduit's growth in an increasingly complex competitive environment.

    As the VP of Sales, you will oversee several teams of multi-functional sales professionals while working closely with sales leaders reporting directly to you.

    Your sales organization is responsible for selling all products and solutions supporting Panduit's complete offering. Responsibilities include channel management, national accounts, technical sales support, and inside sales.

    You will take ownership of forecasting, delivering, and growing top-line revenue while also managing the P&L for North America sales.

    As a high-profile business leader, you will work closely with executive leaders across the organization. You will build and maintain relationships with major clients, partners, and distributors.

    Strategic planning, tactical and operational sales planning, process improvement, P&L and budget responsibilities, and developing/mentoring future sales leaders for the company will round out your responsibilities.

    The scope of the role has responsibility for North America, Canada, and collaboration with company leaders in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

    What You Will Bring

    • A successful track record of increasing revenue as an executive leader in a large, technically complex, matrixed company.
    • 10+ years of leadership experience for a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role. Experience with Panduit's industry, channels, partners, and distributors.

    Executive presence:
    the ability to drive vision and purpose. Be able to create and execute on defined company strategy along with getting team buy-in on that strategy.

    Team Collaboration:

    The Sales Executive should demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support.

    This includes sharing insights, coordinating strategies, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals.

    Strategic Partnerships:
    Ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers. The Sales Executive should leverage these relationships to drive business growth, expand market reach, and identify new opportunities.

    Leadership and Mentoring:

    Strong organizational leadership skills to inspire and motivate sales teams, set clear goals and expectations, and provide mentorship and coaching to develop team members' skills and capabilities.


    • Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments.
    • Identify new business opportunities in emerging sub-segments and applications.
    • Previous experience in direct sales and managing sales professionals in a Manufacturer Representative Sales Force.
    • Execute and communicate a compelling strategic value proposition through sales agents, distributors, specifiers, and end-users.
    • Attract and develop talent, building capability in the function with world-class competencies through organizational design optimization.
    • Forecasting, reporting, and delivering sales activities in alignment with company goals.
    • P&L and budget expertise, and experience at analyzing and achieving financial goals.
    • Experience with various channels and how to integrate these with inside and outside sales activities.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive an aligned culture within the business unit.
    • An MBA is preferred for this position; a bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience is required.
    • The desire to grow and seek future C level roles
    • Knowledge of Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
    • Ability to travel 50-75% to Panduit and Customer sites.
