- Gérer le business Amazon North America (US, Canada et Mexique) via les modèles vendor et seller afin d'atteindre les objectifs définis
- Définir le plan marketing annuel en fonction des actualités Amazon, Withings et des temps forts promotionnels, être garant de sa bonne exécution et suivre les performances obtenues
- Définir un calendrier promotionnel en collaborant avec l'équipe commerciale US en maximisant les temps forts Amazon
- Optimiser les investissements publicitaires sur et en-dehors d'Amazon (low et mid-funnel) en travaillant avec notre agence externe
- Maximiser la disponibilité des produits en anticipant la demande client sur Amazon, en suivant les revendeurs tiers de produits Withings sur Amazon, et en établissant une collaboration étroite avec les équipes sales opérations et logistiques.
- Devenir expert des chiffres partagés par Amazon pour comprendre les tendances de ventes et les résultats des campagnes marketing afin d'en tirer des recommandations business.
- Analyser les performances des produits, identifier les opportunités de croissance et mettre en place les plans d'actions adéquats.
- Anticiper et exécuter des lancements de produits (référencement online et suivi des approvisionnements) et l'amélioration continue du catalogue existant
- Être proactif : identifier les opportunités business à tester, nouvelles fonctionnalités mis à disposition par Amazon, suivre les concurrents
- Formation initiale d'ingénieur ou de commerce
- Une première expérience en entreprise sur des thématiques e-commerce et online marketing (en lien avec les plateformes Amazon serait un plus)
- Avoir un esprit analytique et pouvoir nourrir des recommandations marketing et commerciales d'analyses pertinentes et chiffrées
- Forte orientation résultats et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
- Anglais courant requis.
- Intégrer un des pionniers et leaders mondiaux de la santé connectée, plusieurs fois primé au Consumer Electronic Show
- Contribuer à des projets innovants et ambitieux pour la santé de demain dans un environnement agile et en constante évolution
- Intégrer une entreprise internationale, membre de la FrenchTech 120, dont les équipes sont basées à Issy-les-Moulineaux, Boston, Hong-Kong et Shenzhen
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos produits et services en les bêta-testant avant leur sortie, notamment lors de nos nombreuses sessions sportives entre collègues
