Job TitleDirector, North America Analytics (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)Job DescriptionBe the primary voice in shaping how data and analytics can enhance business and operational outcomes by providing information, wisdom, and practical insights from data to lead and direct the Health Systems' business strategies, choices, and execution of business objectives

Your role:

Ensure all data systems and tools improve the targeted operational and business outcomes by efficiently managing all departmental processes, encouraging innovation, and bringing about continual improvement.

Reporting to the Revenue & Sales Operations Leader, North America, you will engage with the Operations, Philips IT, Services and Sales organizations to ensure successful reports and dash boards, are deployed, and maintained.

Guide the lean journey to improve analytics capabilities, standards, and produce best-in-class solutions, make use of lean approaches and technology as well as fresh industry viewpoints to standardize and simplify outcomes.

This hybrid, Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN based role, may require travel up to 10%.

You're the right fit if:

Youve acquired 7+ years of experience in organizational leadership and executive stakeholder support, possessing expertise in managing and developing analytics teams for operations or supply chain management while promoting team agility to maximize production outcomes.

Your skills include advanced Excel abilities to support a clear connection between cause and effect in forecasting, decision-making, and daily management, as well as knowledge of data operations and architecture with the capacity to provide data solutions that satisfy business goals.

You have applicable knowledge with some of the following platforms:
Salesforce, Einstein, Azure, Apptus, SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.

You have a Bachelors degree (required); Advanced degree (preferred).You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Youre a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently; skilled in driving continuous improvement in a matrixed, lean-focused environment with the capacity to adapt to changing work requirements as needed.
