General Summary:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships across both North America and Global Commercial functions (specifically Market Access and Global Forecasting Insights and Analytics teams) to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication and efficient processes.
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance/Accounting counterparts on all aspects of Revenue reporting for monthly and quarterly results. Includes working with multiple data systems and summarizing variances for leadership.
  • Collaborate with DST Finance team and Commercial Finance OpEx team to drive profitability analysis and P&L reporting.
  • Collaborate with Commercial functions to support and scale the growing Commercial portfolio, including Revenue forecast presentations, Budget and Long Range Plan activities.
  • Leads various process improvement projects, including Power BI dashboards to facilitate streamlined global reporting.
  • Assist with revenue reporting/analytics preparation for new and/or upcoming product launches in CF, Heme, and Pain.
  • Utilize analytics to highlight key data driven insights to support business decision making.
  • Reduce time and effort spent on revenuerelated reporting by incorporating automation and standardization into processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and business intelligence tools; experience with data visualization tools. Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint required, Oracle and Hyperion products a plus.
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen, judgment and professionalism required. Knowledge of the company's markets/products and industry trends.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an eagerness to collaborate with colleagues (within or outside of finance) in sharing insights and learnings and partnering to ensure timely execution of project plans.
  • Possesses a continuous improvement mindset, with flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to work in a fastpaced and evolving environment (prioritization and problemsolving key).
  • Strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate a broad range of financial questions—especially valuation, ROI/ROIC, and complex business decisions.

Education and Experience:

  • Typically requires 57 years of relevant financial experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
