The Business Analyst - Sales CTP supports the demand planning process and sales analytics for the Commercial Sales team in CTP North America.

The role will work on a cross-functional basis, closley collaborating with US and Canada Sales teams, North America Operations team, the Product Management team and Global IT and Controlling teams to develop dynamic sales reporting tools and will lead the overall effort to create and maintain sales forecasts for the region.

This position will utilize predictive market analytics derived from weekly point of sales data, key retailer

forecasts, product plans, and advertising and promotional plans to formulate the consensus demand plan for key retailers and the overall region.

The Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing business intelligence tools such as forecast accuracy KPI's, daily sales reporting, weekly sell through tracking, interactive data visualizations and dashboards, CRM reports, NPD data, and any other reporting needs of the Commercial Sales team.

This role will work closely with US VP Sales and Sales Business Development Team to inform the commercial sales strategy and support the achievement of sales KPI's by interpreting and sharing relevent findings.


Areas of responsibilities

  • Support Cybex North America by developing sales insights that provide the organization with
valuable information on consumers, customers, products, and the financial health of the

business.

  • Create and maintain dynamic, regional reporting dashboards, using advanced data visualization
techniques and interactive softwares

  • Develop, maintain and deliver clear and concise monthly regional business updates which
convey the most relevant business information to global and regional management

  • Lead the overall effort to create and maintain accurate item forecasts for the region. Highlight
risks and opportunities to the business and work collaboratively to implement any forecast

changes through the appropriate channel Demand Planning/sales forecasting system.

  • Utilize historical sales trends, key retailer input, and predictive analytic models in the
development of a consensus demand plan.

  • Assess and improve on the overall forecasting process including collection of inputs,
identification of new sources of relevant information, forecast model selection and validation,

and system use

  • Define and document the regional forecast accuracy metrics, ensuring all team members
understand the goal and how they contribute to its achievement.

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply
Chain Management or related field

  • 12 years experience working in Data Science, Demand Planning, Sales Support, Operations, or
Supply Chain required


Technical qualification and specialized skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data visualization techniques
required

  • Ability to create dynamic data visualization and interactive dashboards
  • Skilled in analyzing data and presenting actionable insights clearly and effectivley
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong anaylsis and presentation skills; Comfortable presenting to global and regional
leadership

  • Ability to work independently and develop clear action plans
  • Understanding of S&OP principles and practices; ability to work crossfunctionally to achieve
business goals

  • Experience with SAP a strong plus
  • Experience with data visualization softwares a strong plus (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with predictive analytics and with demand planning software, implementation
experience a plus
