As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic GSI Partner Development Sales leader to join our North America AWS for SAP partner team.

This role involves deep collaboration with some of the most influential partners in the tech industry to develop, execute, and manage cutting-edge go-to-market strategies and joint offerings that deliver significant business value to joint AWS and SAP customers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key GSI partner leaders responsible for North America, ensuring alignment with the AWS for SAP vision and goals for the geo.
  • Develop annual joint business plans that drive the execution of global gotomarket strategies and campaigns in the geo, focusing on mutual revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including sales, marketing, alliance, and product teams to drive program initiatives and ensure partner success in new and existing market segments.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and manage forecasts with partner and AWS stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and achievement of joint sales targets.
  • Develop triparty demand generation campaigns with AWS, SAP, and the GSI.
  • Drive and facilitate engagement and integration activities between partner and AWS teams, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the resolution of business and technical challenges faced by partners, acting as an advocate for partner needs within AWS.
  • Regularly assess the performance of partnerships through quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to optimize collaborative success and partner satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene to ensure proper reporting.
