    Job DescriptionDescription:

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    This position provides administrative support for all areas within Press-Seal Corporation. An ideal candidate enjoys being the face of the company for visitors and prefers to work with a wide variety of tasks.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information.

    2. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information from vendors and customers as well as internal requests.

    3. Answers phones, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.?Assists with answering customer service calls when necessary.

    4. Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, and department activities for all members of all departments.

    5. Establishes, develops, maintains, and updates filing systems. Retrieves information from files when needed.

    6. Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of management, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures.?

    7. Document financial transactions including accounts payable.?

    8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and all other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Analytical, problem-solving ability.?
    2. Good oral and written communication skills.?
    3. Good judgment, motivated, ethical, dependable, and cost-conscious.?
    4. Able to support organization's goal and values.?
    5. Able to provide support to teammates.
    6. Proficient in Microsoft software. (Outlook, Word, Excel)?
    7. Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful.??

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    1. Associates degree REQUIRED, preferably in Business Administrations or 3+ years like experience.?
    2. Must have 2+ years' experience in office administration
