Position Overview:


As an Administrative Assistant at Hicor Realty Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the office.

From managing administrative tasks to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in contributing to our overall success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and visitors.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
