Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at Hicor Realty Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
