By partnering with Synergy, clients gain access to a suite of technology platforms that can be used for benefits administration, ACA reporting, HRIS, and much more.
Additionally, clients can utilize Synergy's Benefit Counselor services to assist with enrolling employees in their benefits, whether it is during Open Enrollment, or New Hire enrollment.
The company is independently owned and operated, allowing our Broker Client Executives to take a consultative approach to placing ancillary products and carriers that make the most sense.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
They will work closely with brokers to understand the needs of their clients and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
The Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carrier partners to help develop new sales opportunities.
QualificationsProven track record of sales success
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and analyze complex business issues and develop customized solutions
Experience in a B2B sales environment
Familiarity with benefits administration and enrollment platforms
Driven and goal-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
