    The Role

    As Brand Manager on our Vertical Products team, you will be a key point of contact to hero our evo owned brands: evo goods, Season Equipment and Oyuki.

    Working in an agile, dynamic, faced paced team with a start-up mentality you will be involved in a wide verity of projects as the demands of the business evolve.

    You will take the lead to apply the brand strategy and identify the stories, content, messaging, and use your own expertise to add value and amplify the opportunity.

    You will work in a tight team as part brand manager, part producer, part commercial manager. You ideate, plan and can produce the goods.
    This role is 100% remote but hire must be located in one of the states evo operates in ( WA, OR, CO, UT, CA or British Columbia)
    What you will do

    You will be the main point of contact for evo goods and Season Equipment across the business and will hero these brands.

    As part of a small team, you will help work across all Vertical Brands to support each other as needed.

    1) Brand Strategy Development

    Work with GM Vertical Brands to identify marketing objectives in line with business goals and get buy in across stakeholders both internally and externally.

    Work with evo marketing team to develop marketing plans in support of seasonal sales goals.
    Develop and manage plans for special projects – collabs, riders, etc.

    Partner and approve channel owner plans, for example evo digital, in support of set objectives, as well as distributor marketing plans.

    2) Brand Storytelling
    Build on the tone and themes developed and look for creative ways to tell our brand stories.
    o evo "Invite to ignite "
    o Season "Equipment in common'
    o 'OYUKI big snow' culture

    Work closely with Brand DNA owners & Brand Guardians to ideate and create a content strategy that supports both brand and business objectives across all channels.

    Help identify collab opportunities, and support GM in bringing those to life.
    3) Implementation
    Develop and manage projects to support marketing, branding and sales.
    Ensure an equitable DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) lens across the brands, across all touchpoints.
    4) Ambassador
    Refresh and operationalize the ambassador and athlete program to align with customer profile, market relevance and brands goals.

    You will be the key point of contact for the evo ambassador program and provide support across the Season Equipment program.

    5) Content & product sales assets
    Intake partner needs, making sure assets are

    fit for purpose.
    Develop assets to be used across web and social; product copy, studio images, lifestyle images and video.
    Brief Studio team on images work closely together to develop best in class assets.
    Brief sales assets for retailers, including but not limited to; Point of sale materials, retail collateral, digital channel assets.
    6) Web
    Lead the management of Season Equipment website, including: content and product updates and support customer service with customer communications
    7) Social
    Work closely with evo social media manager to curate content and brand story telling.
    Work with ambassadors to provide ongoing and regular brand storytelling and product content.
    Support Season Equipment social media manager.
    Work with evo digital teams to syndicate content to our 'global content machine',
    8) Feedback and workflow
    Identify annual resources across people, process, tools, and budgets to support our goals.
    Enroll channel owners and distributors to your goals.
    Hold campaign retro's and absorb feedback from internal stakeholders, encouraging a culture of improvement and growth.
    Requirements
    What you will need
    5+ years' experience in brand management, brand content, production, for a consumer lifestyle brand.
    Expert understanding of the marketing mix, brand planning and execution.
    Startup entrepreneurial mentality.
    A deep love for snow sports and outdoor culture.
    Flawless brief writing skills.
    Stellar communication skills.
    Get it done attitude.
    Strong commercial acumen.
