In this role, you will participate in various projects and activities and provide advanced administrative support to leaders and the business. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Administrative Assistant who wants to work in an exciting and challenging environment. **What You Will Do:**

Order to Cash responsibilities customer order management, customer master data set up and change requests, entering and monitoring customer orders in SAP, handling customer inquiries via phone, e-mail or web, invoicing to customer specific requirements, EDI management, invoice resolution, process returns and RMAs, documenting and maintaining customer specific requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing

Monitoring accounts receivable

Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation

Assisting with sales reporting and documentation

Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors

Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues

Generates and maintains confidential information and administer company policy and procedures

Performs system testing

Applies technical skills and line knowledge to complete assigned work within own work group/project team

Works toward and contributes to achievement of team/business unit goals

Solves problems within own work group/project team

**Position Details**

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Work Week: Monday - Friday

**Minimum Qualifications:**

High School Diploma or equivalent

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Bachelors degree

1 year of administrative experience

Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgment and tact

Critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills

Learning agility; Ability to quickly gain knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and staff

Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment
