- Lead Generation & Management: Employ a multifaceted approach to generate leads, including leveraging SalesForce CRM, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns. Cultivate relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads from initial contact to qualification.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales executives to facilitate the advancement and closure of sales opportunities.
- Sales Support & Closure: Act as a pivotal support for sales executives, aiding in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and research. Engage in follow-up activities to ensure the momentum of sales processes.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, setting the stage for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize and maintain SalesForce CRM with precision, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and support for sales executives. Regularly report on activities and outcomes, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for lead generation and sales processes, contributing to the refinement and efficiency of our business development efforts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare industry/health plans.
- Medial claims experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- P2E experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and supporting sales teams in a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Specialist at Imagenet, you will play a critical role in expanding our impact across the healthcare sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and the agility to drive growth.
