    Role

    As a Marketing Manager - Partner for Crown Castle, you'll work alongside the customer experience and marketing leadership team and play a critical role in shaping and advancing our partner marketing strategies and business results.

    You'll build relationships with and design marketing programs for priority partners across the country that extend the reach of our business.

    You'll serve as the integration point for priority partner marketing leads and departments.

    Through them you will build targeted market awareness and a positive reputation with the partner community, in addition to generating demand and advocacy and driving sales growth.

    As the primary day-to-day lead for our partner marketing program, you'll own the development, production and implementation of partner marketing strategies, plans and materials in partnership with our lead- and demand-generation function and our Partner sales and sales operations teammates.

    You'll operate independently, with expert skills at navigating through influence and operating under defined deliverables and deadlines. If you're an experienced partner marketer who is passionate about developing new partner marketing programs, we want you.
    Responsibilities

    Act as the primary point of contact between the CX & Marketing team and the Partner sales support functions, translating our Partner sales strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans.

    Expand our

    partner/indirect channel

    marketing discipline as part of the larger marketing ecosystem and drive measurable results. This includes collaborating to develop messaging, content, events and campaign support as well as engaging with internal cross-functional partners.

    Build relationships and work in coordination with various marketing and business development resources that are part of our partner Technology Solution Brokers and most valuable sub-agents.

    Manage and provide strategic guidance to partner-marketing specific agency partner to develop and produce

    partner/indirect channel

    marketing programs that drive growth and advance our brand, ensuring consistency across the market, platforms and channels.

    Envision, imagine and establish "Market Development Fund" (MDF) strategy to grow and expand sales—includes guidelines, educational materials, approval process and measurement frameworks—in collaboration with execution functions.

    Collaborate with Brand Strategy & Insights to develop co-branding strategies and to activate our value proposition to partners so they understand, see and feel the value of Crown within the partner ecosystem.

    Serve as the primary liaison to listen and provide partner feedback that drives our partner experience strategy to expand market share with critical partners.

    Collaborate with Customer Experience to define the relationship between Customer Experience and Partner experience.

    Consult on overall communications planning and campaign development to provide partner-specific consideration that informs briefs, copy development and audience targeting.

    Lead development of partner demand-gen initiatives, including drafting copy for partner-specific communications and touch points, like omni-channel "campaigns-in-a-box," sales presentations, landing pages and infographics.

    Collaborate with marketing teammates in thinking about how we measure and report on partner marketing performance to connect it directly with business results and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.

    Education/Certifications
    BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or Communications-related field

    Experience/Minimum Requirements
    5-10 years in i ndirect channel or partner

    ecosystem marketing
    7+ years of overall experience in a business environment
    Demonstrated track record of success in supporting marketing strategies for a national corporation or a design led brand
    Previous experience working across disciplines in technology, or other solutions-oriented businesses, a plus
    Experience working with large teams across multiple organizations
    Proficiency in Microsoft tools - Excel, Power Point, Teams and Word
    Experience with modern partner marketing technology stack and tools, including knowledge of partner tools or platforms

    Working Conditions:
    This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation for monthly travel to collaborate with partners, agencies, teammates and stakeholders.

    Compensation Information:


    For New York, Colorado, California and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $108,960 - $163,440 annually.

    In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20% of annual salary and RSU Eligible.

    Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan.

    Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
