What is an Market Sales Ambassador / Market Assistant Manager?**: A Market Sales Ambassador/Market Assistant Manager is a hard working, highly motivated, energetic & trustworthy Team Member Your #1 Goal will be to help us build & Maintain our dealer client list in the Houston, TX Market

Pay Structure:

$30,000 - $36,000 Base Pay [Based on Experience]

Bonuses can increase income to $42k
Bonus Structure based on sales performance
Pay Dates are every 1st & 16th via Direct Deposit
Company Gas card will be provided after training period is completed

Responsibilities & Qualifications for an Market Sales Ambassador/Market Assistant Manager:

Door to Door sales experience a Major Plus
Some Previous Sales Experience necessary
Automotive Industry Experience a Plus
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to hold themselves and others accountable to high standards.
Must follow directions VERY well and not cut corners [See "Detail Oriented" Requirement]
Clean License. Only clean driving records will be considered.
Excellent communication skills [If it takes you longer than 30 minutes to respond to a text message, this isn't the position for you.]
