    The Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels Business Unit Strategy

    As part of strategy 2027+ the Endress+Hauser group has a new Business Unit to develop digital sales channels worldwide.

    Purpose of the Business Unit

    • Focus in digitalization and technology, we want to empower new customers to discover and buy the Endress+Hauser offering worldwide
    • Capture and maximize the value generated via digital sales channels
    • Build a global sales, support, and distribution network in Americas, Europe and Asia

    As part of the business unit growth plan, we are looking to set up a team of 3 digital natives hosted in Group Services US that will support and develop digital sales channels in the US.

    Role + Responsibilities

    • Provide application and commercial support to external sales channels.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
    • Train and mentor sales channels on Endress+Hauser portfolio and best practices.
    • Formulate and implement the Partner Success Program that maximizes the value generated by Digital Sales Channels worldwide.
    • Build trust and track performance of digital sales partners.
    • Curate portfolios and product data on internal and external tools and formats.

    Qualification + Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience in the Instrumentation and/or Automation field; knowledge of the Endress+Hauser portfolio is an advantage
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain the benefits and features of the product or service to potential customers
    • Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Business acumen and market awareness to identify new opportunities and trends
