- Have a strong understanding of the Practice Development team's duties to provide onboarding support for new hires to the team as needed. ensure proper access to necessary systems and data.
- Provide guidance to Practice Development Managers and assist in problem resolution.
- Assist with the implementation and training on any new programs and systems put in place to assist the Practice Development team.
- Work as liaison with marketing to assist with programs like Cvent to assist with doctor outreach.
- Funnels/troubleshoots questions and concerns from Practice Development Managers, Affiliates, and Staff on various topics across all departments with a high level of customer service and sense of urgency. Follow up to ensure resolutions are implemented.
- In collaboration with the Practice Development Manager, coordinates logistics for local affiliate, member, and consumer events. Provides research, venue recommendations and assistance securing contracts when appropriate
- Provides administrative support to ensure an effective on-boarding process for new team members, ensuring all systems and tools are established and departmental meetings are scheduled. Organizes and schedules agenda and travel as assigned by Manager.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using hands/fingers for working on a computer.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus from near to far.
- Must talk and/or hear for significant periods of each day.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds periodically.

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
