We need flexible people willing to work full time including evenings and weekends. Boba Street Cafe is an exciting bubble tea concept that opened its doors in April 2019. We are currently seeking a vibrant, friendly professional to join our team.
Boba Street Cafe is a creative, quirky, and fun boba beverage concept that sells the best bubble tea in the Boca Raton.

Job role
The manager is responsible for the supervision of Boba Street Cafe and team. They are responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming environment within which our staff can engage and wow our customers. Their performance is measured against their job description responsibilities including health & safety and food safety policies.
Key focuses for the role are to lead the shop team to ensure a quality, picture perfect tea at pace in a clean and safe environment.
They motivate, support and take pride in the brand.Key responsibilities
- Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
- To manage all the ingredients and maintain the integrity of the product in line with Boba Street Cafe standards.
- To have a thorough understanding of kitchen and shop operation.
- To be responsible for all aspects of "health and safety" and "food safety" in accordance with the law and Boba Street Cafe standards.
- To be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of all back and front of house areas and storage.
- To support ongoing training and development of Bobaristas.
- To motivate and lead the team to promote great team work to ensure the shop has a lively and positive atmosphere.
- To continually strive to reduce wastage and eliminate them where possible.
- To be responsible for all cash handling, banking and safe procedures, always following Boba Street Cafe standards.
- Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during shift.
- Pickup Inventory at various locations.
- Drop off Catering Orders.
Basic Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer, cash handling and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare beverages to standard recipes
- Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $17.00/hour.
