Job Summary:


As a Human Resource Coordinator at Cosmetic Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations and functions.

You will be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:


  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Employee Relations:


  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Benefits Administration:


  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and resolve benefitsrelated issues.

HR Compliance:


  • Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures and update as necessary.
  • Assist in conducting HR audits and compliance checks.

HR Projects and Initiatives:


  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and training programs.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
