Role Description

This is a contract position for a Technical Support Analyst at Promethean One. As a Technical Support Analyst, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer support. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being San Diego, CA but also offering flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
Experience in providing Technical Support and Customer Support
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
