- Maintain insurance coverage and manage claims as necessary.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve issues and make decisions.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines.
- Implement changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget as needed.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and correspondence.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a construction project manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) may be advantageous.
