    Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

    Pay Range:$130,000 - $150,000, annually

As a Roadway Project Manager, you will be involved in projects with our Transportation Team and be part of a growing company laser-focused on meeting our client's needs, while also solving their problems.

    Responsibilities, Expectations, and Duties:

    • Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails
    • Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of transportation projects
    • Manage client relations, stakeholder involvement, and sub consultant coordination
    • Manage and coordinate a project team of design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects
    • Take ownership of projects from start to finish
    Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
    • Professional Engineering license in New Mexico or ability to obtain within one year of hire
    • 10 to 15 years of experience in roadway transportation engineering
    • Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
    • Solid background in AASHTO roadway geometric design criteria
    • Proficiency using Microstation OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Knowledge of NMDOT standards and procedures highly desirable
    • Drainage design and/or traffic engineering experience is a plus
    • Willingness to work on projects locally or through workshare with other offices
    • Possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
    • A desire to grow personally and professionally with each project while working in a team environment to create designs and drawings supporting our client's overall project goal
