    Description

    Old American Insurance Company, with 85 years as a proven leader in the final expense market and a member of the Kansas City Life Group of Companies, is actively seeking a highly qualified General Agent Managerin the New England area.

    Old American has remained loyal to the senior market since its inception in 1939, making us experts in the final expense industry. We are aware of this markets needs and have developed our recruiting, marketing, training and customer service philosophies around it. We serve nearly 200,000 policyholders in 47 states and the District of Columbia.

    The ideal General Agent Manager we seek will generally have five years minimum of verifiable experience in recruiting and developing a career agent sales force and achieving high levels of production. Our selected candidate will receive an exceptional results-driven package, which includes:

    Industry-leading advanced first year commissions and overrides

    Annual production incentive

    Protected marketing territory

    Business Development Account

    Agent Advertising Allowance

    Deferred compensation plan

    Frequent sales promotions, company conferences, and other incentives

    Very importantly, Old American has developed a proprietary lead financing and lead generation program that sets us apart from the competition. Our system generates a constant flow of targeted leads through a combination of direct mail, inserts and telemarketing. Our General Agent Managers control all lead generation in their assigned territory with company financial support.
