    Role Overview:

    We are looking for an exceptional hands-on IT Director to lead as a trusted advisor and technology strategist, overseeing the IT infrastructure of an enterprise client environment. Responsibilities include managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Building trusting relationships

    • Understands and aligns with Infracore's mission and values.
    • Develops close relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Participates in various meetings to stay informed and connected.
    • Collaborates with the recruiting team.

    Technology Strategist

    • Completes technical onboarding.
    • Reviews and updates technology roadmaps and budgets.
    • Conducts in-depth analysis of technology stack.
    • Manages technology vendor contracts.
    • Organizes meetings to ensure project consistency.

    Managing team of people delivering service to the client

    • Assesses team capabilities and creates growth plans.
    • Ensures transparent communication.
    • Manages team capacity and commitments.

    Managing all Infrastructure

    • Takes charge of managing clients' IT infrastructure.
    • Deploys and manages various technology solutions.
    • Serves as an escalation point for technical issues.
    • Ensures data backup reliability.
    • Champions cybersecurity best practices.
    • Identifies and mitigates risks.
    • Establishes maintenance schedules.
    • Reviews service desk quality.

    Required Education, Skills and Experience:

    • Experience managing Microsoft365 ecosystem, cybersecurity measures, and IT budgets.
    • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud solutions.
    • Strong networking and infrastructure management skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
    • Knowledge of Wi-Fi networks and PowerShell.
    • 6+ years of IT management experience.

    Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:

    • Degree in Computer Science and familiarity with legal compliance and cybersecurity frameworks.

    This position offers a salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
